About the event
Come and experience the Tree Spirit Of Willow
A native tree that lives deep within our folklore & traditions. A medicine woven throughout thousands of years of this land, remembered by our connection to the natural world and the stories of our ancestors.
Experience the healing power of this beautiful tree as we connect with the spirit of its being. We will explore the historical and energetic wisdom of the Willow through various techniques & experiential moments.
Historically, Willow has been associated the otherworld, rebirth, protection, goddesses & sorcery, healing, Imbolc, the moon, cycles, regeneration, adaptability, strength, luck & so much more.
Willow can help us with inner child work, a Grandmother providing a nurturing and safe cradle in which we can heal, holding us through pain & grief. Whichever way this tree reveals itself to you however, is your journey and connection…..allow this ancient being to guide you……
Whilst there are many ways we can work with plants & trees, we will be connecting with the energetic aspect of Willow.
The workshop will include:
Willow energy cleanse
Tea ceremony
Journey to the spirit of the Tree with the shamanic drum
Inner Child healing voicework
Willow & movement (with Miranda White)
Tools & techniques to continue to connect or work with Willow after the workshop
